Sending a request through this website does not create an appointment or a contract by itself. Sparkle Clean (Test) will contact you to confirm any details.

Text messaging program

Program: text messages from Sparkle Clean (Test).

• Your request and appointment. When you send a request with your mobile number, you agree to receive texts from Sparkle Clean (Test) about that request and your appointment: a confirmation, reminders and one follow-up. The form shows this notice directly above the button: “By sending this, you agree to receive text messages from Sparkle Clean (Test) about your request and appointment (confirmations, reminders and one follow-up). Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
• Offers and check-ins (optional). Only if you check the separate, unchecked box: “Yes, Sparkle Clean (Test) can also text me occasional offers and check-ins. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.” Checking it is never required to send a request or to buy anything.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you may receive one final text confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or call (252) 555-0143.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
